Biography

Mr. Larry Gerdes served as Board Member at BulldogIT. Mr. Larry G. Gerdes serves as executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solohealth, Inc. Mr. Gerdes serves as a General Partner of Gerdes Huff Investments, an Atlanta-based private investment firm. Mr. Gerdes has been a General Partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership located in Menlo Park, California since 1983. He serves as the President of Friesland Farms, LLC. Mr. Gerdes served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Services, Inc., from May 1993 to April 2012. Mr. Gerdes served as a Director of The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. Mr. Gerdes served as Treasurer of Transcend Services Inc. until January 1, 2004. Mr. Gerdes served as Chief Financial Officer of Transcend Services from September 16, 2000 to January 1, 2004, President of Transcend Services Inc. from May 1993 to December 8, 2003 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. In addition, Mr. Gerdes served as the Secretary of Transcend Services Inc. from September 16, 2000 to May 22, 2001. For the five years prior to 1991, Mr. Gerdes held various executive positions with HBO & Company, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Gerdes was a private investor from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Gerdes has been the Chairman of the Board of Transcend Services Inc. since May 2000 and Director since June 1985. Mr. Gerdes served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Transcend Services, Inc from May 1992 to January 1995. He serves as Director of Solohealth, Inc. and BulldogIT Corporation. He has been a Director of CME Group Inc. since July 13, 2007. He has been a Director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group since July, 2007. Mr. Gerdes served as a Director of Alliance Healthcard Inc. and Access Plans, Inc. since February 1, 2001. He served as Director of CBOT Holdings Inc. and CBOT since February 2005. He served as a Director at Ebix Inc. (a/k/a ebix.com Inc.) from 1985 to September 16, 2002. He served as Member of Commercial Advisory Board at Solohealth, Inc. Mr. Gerdes also serves on the Board of Directors of the J. Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation and is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
