Jeff Ewen General Information
Biography
Mr. Jeff Ewen served as Managing Director of Torbraud Investment Pte Ltd at SCF Partners. His oilfield career began in 1995 with Varco UK in an offshore field service role. He subsequently entered into a sales and marketing position, where he gained international and multi-cultural experience across Africa, Russia and Europe before relocating to Asia in 2000. During his time in South-East Asia, He focused on the rig package business, working directly with the drilling contractors and shipbuilders to provide best in class offshore drilling rigs. In 2006, he acquired a Singapore based oilfield equipment company, Cranesafe, focused on providing rig floor lifting solutions to the offshore industry. Cranesafe was then purchased by SCF portfolio company Forum Oilfield Technologies in 2008. Following Forum's IPO in 2012, he most recently served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for FET's Drilling division, focusing on the company's growth and strategic development worldwide.
