He served over 20 years as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Sun Communities, a real estate investment trust. He also served as the principal of Sundance Properties LLC, a small operator of manufactured home communities and RV resorts. He has closed over $40 million in real estate transactions. He has been integral in creating many business processes and the architecture of web-based software that makes Sun Communities one of the nation's leading property management companies. He earned a Master's Degree from the Stephen Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. But does not hold that against Sanford Aaron.
