Biography

Mr. Joël Malabat served as Operating Partner at Alandia Finances. In France, he began his career as a sales engineer in the Urban Systems Division of Plastic Omnium before taking up a position as market manager. At Materis Paints he heads a profit center and then he will take over the General Management of industrial, service and public works companies in SMEs in difficult situations and the Colas group (Bouygues). At the head of SES (signaling manufacturer) during the takeover operation by Alandia Industries in 2011, he manages the reversal operation and assumes the vice presidency of the Union of Road Equipment . In 2014, he created the consulting firm specialized in Strategy, Organization and Restructuring, Oxytès and led several reversal missions. Internationally, he has participated in international development in the various positions held and worked in the negotiation of contracts or settlements in China, Argentina, the United States and Africa. He has participated in several boards of international companies, including the Delta Holding Group (Morocco).
