Biography

Mr. Bill McDonald served as Interim Chief Financial Officer & Controller at IVDesk Holding. He brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting to IVDesk. For the past 15 years, he has worked exclusively in the information technology industry. Most recently, McDonald was a member of senior management for Digitiliti, a Minnesota-based technology startup, where he developed the financial components of a successful reverse merger public offering, and also led the development of associated accounting systems, financial reporting, controls and investor relations functions for the company. Previously, McDonald was Controller for Kath, a liquids wholesaler and distributor, and Vice President of Commercial Lending for a regional bank. McDonald holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Augsburg College, a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and a Minnesota Certificate in Public Accounting.
