Biography

Mr. Lars Berg served as Category Management Consultant at Certum Business Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience in facilities management with a focus on optimizing the operation of FM services, including the establishment of FM strategies, selection and implementation of sourcing strategy and organizational alignment. From 2004 to spring 2015, Lars was employed by Johnson Controls (now CBRE), a global provider of FM services and here Lars had the over all operational responsibility for some of the largest accounts in Denmark. Prior to Johnson Controls Lars work four years in the IT industry and before that, 10 years in construction and technical services, where he was the managing director for the company Lindéns Eftf. Lars holds a MSc. in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA.
