Biography
Mr. Michael Morrissey serves as Managing Principal at Inverness Graham. Mr. Morrissey joined Inverness Graham in 2004. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions, and working with management teams post-acquisition. Michael also directs Inverness Graham's business development efforts. He was the Vice President of Business Development with Boston-based Audax Group, a $1 billion private equity firm that manages both a leveraged buyout and a mezzanine debt fund. He also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Before joining Bain, he was an entrepreneur who raised start-up capital and co-founded a multi-location consumer products manufacturer. Before the start-up, he operated and sold a hardware products business.
