Biography

Mr. Adam Clammer is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner & Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee at True Wind. He serves as Chairman at Dealer Spike. He served as Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Nebula Acquisition and Chairman at The Switch. Mr. Clammer serves as a Board Member at Rover and E-Emphasys. He serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director at Nebula Caravel Acquisition. Mr. Clammer serves on the Investment Committee and is responsible for all aspects of managing the firm. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at TWC Tech Holdings II. He serves as a director at Open Lending. Prior to founding True Wind, he was with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., which he joined in 1995. At KKR, he founded and led the Global Technology Group from 2004 to 2013. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Switch and ARI Network Services. Mr. Clammer is also a Director of Transflo and a Director of Nebula Acquisition Corporation, where he serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining KKR, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. He is also a Trustee of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
