Biography

Mr. Vinayak Shenvi serves as Partner at CX Partners. Mr. Shenvi also serves as Board Member at YOU Telecom India. He also serves as Board Member at YOU Telecom India. Prior to joining the Investment Advisor in May 2016, Mr. Shenvi was a founding partner at Exponentia Capital Partners LLP, which was formed with an objective of providing mid-market Investment Management services. Prior to founding Exponentia in June 2011, Mr. Shenvi was a Director with CVCI, where he had about 15 years of investing experience. During his tenure with CVCI, Mr. Shenvi worked to identify, manage and exit a large number of companies across a wide spectrum of industries including, among others, IT, pharmaceutical, chemicals, banking, financial services, metals, infrastructure, textile intermediaries, power generation and equipment and manufacturing. Prior to CVCI, Mr. Shenvi had two years of experience as an equity and debt research analyst at a Citi-affiliated brokerage firm, Citicorp Securities & Investments Limited. At CVCI, Mr. Shenvi served as a board member or as an observer on the board of several CVCI portfolio companies, such as JBF Industries, Sharekhan, Unimark Remedies Limited, You Telecom, Anand Rathi Financial Services, Ind Barath Power, Virgo Engineers, Tenet Technologies, Kshema Technologies, Pramati Technologies, Purple Vision Technologies, Servion Global Solutions, Selvel Advertising, Gujarat Glass and Ashima Dyecot, among others. Mr. Shenvi is a Chartered Accountant and a B. Com. From Mumbai University.
