Biography

Mr. Joshua Embree serves as Chief Executive Officer at Innovative Precision. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Metal Technology. Mr. Embree co-founded & served as Managing Partner at Nexo Capital Partners. He is an operation professional in the aerospace and defense industry with experience leading cross-functional teams in production program execution and strategic planning. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and executing Raytheon's enterprise manufacturing strategy and also leads strategic initiatives related to real estate utilization and manufacturing technology across Raytheon businesses. He has experience within the operations, engineering, and supply chain functions and has demonstrated the ability to improve performance throughout the value chain and product lifecycle. He has earned Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist and Lean Professional certifications. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
