Biography

Mr. Boaz Shedletsky is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Mensch Capital Partners. He also serves as Advisor at DeNexus. He co-founded and served as Chief Business Officer at Sternum. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at ForClass. He is a serial entrepreneur who's founded and led five startups in the cybersecurity and ed-tech spaces, fundraising more than $60M and spearheading successful acquisitions. Prior to going the entrepreneurial route, he established a global career spanning both rapid-growth startups and corporate giants - amongst others, as Director of Digital at McGraw Hill in New York, and as CBO of Israel's Center for Educational Technology. He has led multi-million-dollar business units, spearheaded global expansions, and led on-the-ground teams in the U.S., Israel, Europe, LATM, and India. He served for six years as an intelligence officer in the Israeli Air Force, specializing in big data and cutting-edge technology innovations. He earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management and graduated magna cum laude in both Law and Communication from Tel Aviv University. Much like his passion for early-stage startups, he enjoys going the distance. He is an avid long-distance runner, running more than 100K per week and participating in marathons in both Israel and Europe. He has become known in the Israeli startup community for the breadth and depth of his connections. He is proud to put those relationships to play for the benefit of Mensch's portfolio companies.
