Biography

Mr. Joel Peterson is the Founding Partner and serves as Chairman at Peterson Partners. He serves as Executive Advisor & Investorat Triple Peak Capital. He also serves as a Board Member at FranklinCovey. He also serves as a Board Member at MGT Insurance. He is on the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and has been 1992, teaching courses in real estate investment, entrepreneurship, and leadership. He is the Chairman of the Board of Overseers at the Hoover Institution at Stanford. He served as a Board member and Advisor at Modyo. He was Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Company, then the world's largest private commercial real estate development firm. He brings chief executive leadership, extensive financial experience, and strong academic skills to our Board of Directors. His roles in executive leadership, financial management, and private equity enable him to make key contributions in the areas of leadership, raising capital, capital deployment, strategy, operations, and growth. Prior to the FranklinCovey merger, He served as a director of the Covey Leadership Center from 1993 to 1997. He is the Chairman of the governing board of Stanford's Hoover Institute. He served as Chairman at JetBlue Airways. He earned an MBA from Harvard University and received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
