Biography

Mr. Andrew Lucas served as Chief Financial Officer at Adamant Energy. Prior to Adamant Energy, Andy gained valuable experience in credit analysis, asset management, capital markets and structured finance. Most recently, Andy served as Founding Principal of a private investment management and real estate advisory business. Before that, as Vice President at Wells Fargo, Andy sourced, underwrote and closed over $750 million in secured and unsecured commercial real estate originations for opportunistic clients in both Washington, DC and Austin, TX, where he managed the commercial real estate office. In addition, Andy's role required the relationship management, internal sponsor analysis and reporting on $500 million in existing credit exposure. Andy began his career as a Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking Analyst with Banc of America Securities, where he focused on residential mortgage-backed securitization. Andy earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance from James Madison University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
