Biography

Mr. Jeffrey Harris is the Founder of Global Reserve Group. Mr. Harris served as Board Member at Spectraseis. Mr. Harris also serves as a Partner at Quantum Innovation Fund. He serves as a Partner & Member of the Investment Committee at Quantum Capital Group. He serves as a Board Member at Project Canary, Carbon Direct, and BeZero Carbon. He serves as a Director at Foro Energy. He also serves as a Partner & Investment Committee Member at Quantum Energy Partners. He served as an Investment Committee Member at InterPrivate. He also served as a Board Member at FigBytes and Rockcliff Energy. He served as a Board Member at OSUM Oil Sands. He also serves as a Board Member at Datagration Solutions and Rigup. he works closely with Quantum's senior management team providing counsel on both investment and broader firm-related matters. In conjunction with the Senior Advisor relationship, Quantum and Global Reserve Group, an advisory and investment firm founded by him, entered into a co-investment arrangement to leverage the collective relationships, expertise, and resources of the two firms to identify, invest in, and build exceptional, growth-oriented enterprises. The two firms work closely together on opportunities identified by the Global Reserve Group and will focus on making investments in the oil and gas sectors globally. He has significant experience investing in and working with companies in exploration & production, oilfield services, power generation, and cleantech. he has been an active civic leader and is a member of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and of the Cranbrook Educational Community. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business where he teaches courses on venture capital, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Previously, he served as Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association where he was a Board member for six years. He received a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
