Biography

Mr. David Miller serves as Equity Partner, Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of U.S. Restructuring, Member of Management Committee at Elliott Investment Management. Mr. Miller serves as Board Member at Acosta. He serves as Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of U.S. Restructuring, Member of Management Committee and Equity Partner at Elliott Management. He serves as Board Member at Acosta. He joined the firm in 2003 after having worked in mergers and acquisitions and financing advisory roles at Peter J. Solomon Company. He received an A.B. degree, magna cum laude with high honors in field, from Harvard University. He is currently a director of ventures including Brazil American Automotive Group, Inc., one of the largest automotive dealership groups in Latin America. He is also a past director of ventures including JCIM, LLC, an automotive component supply joint-venture affiliated with Johnson Controls, Inc, ISCO International, LLC, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, and SemGroup Energy Partners GP, the general partner of a publicly traded midstream energy company. Mr. Miller is involved with a number of the firm's investment practices spanning credit, equity, and other investments. He also serves as Board Member at Acosta.
