Biography

Ms. Lauren Krueger serves as Managing Director, Credit at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. She served as Board Member at Sound United. Ms. Krueger served as Executive at Drivetrain Advisors. Ms. Krueger has worked to maximize value for investments in stressed and distressed situations including turnarounds, liquidations, balance sheet restructurings and litigations. She has participated on creditor and ad hoc committees in numerous bankruptcies, such as Lehman Brothers, CIT, Innkeepers, Refco, Inc. and Filene's Basement/Syms Corp. Ms. Krueger has served on the Board of Directors of both private and public companies, including Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Kids Brands, Inc. (Russ Berrie and Company) and FAO Schwarz Inc. Ms. Krueger has also worked during her career in a day-to-day operational capacity, serving in leadership positions within two companies. After Syms Corp emerged from bankruptcy in 2012, Ms. Krueger served as the CEO of Trinity Place Holdings Inc., the reorganized public company, overseeing all operations of the company and reporting to the Board of Directors of the company. While at The D. E. Group, she served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of FAO Schwarz, where she oversaw the company's restructuring plan and search for a new CEO.
