Biography

Mr. Arun Chandrasekaran served as Principal at Stream Asset Financial Management. His primary function with Stream was to source, structure and execute transactions for the Funds. Prior to joining Stream, Mr. Chandrasekaran spent 12 years in Investment Banking for National Bank Financial and Tristone Capital. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for National Bank Financial. in the Energy Investment Banking Group, where he focused primarily on the junior and intermediate oil and gas sector. Mr. Chandrasekaran has significant transaction experience leading deal teams for IPOs, public equity offerings, private equity offerings, fairness opinions, valuation opinions, joint ventures and other buyside and sellside M&A financial advisory work. He has been recognized by Brendan Wood International as a 'Top Gun Investment Banker' and was ranked Top 3 in Energy Investment Banking at the time he left banking to join Stream. Mr. Chandrasekaran has served as a trusted advisor for many senior management teams within the upstream oil and gas space. Mr. Chandrasekaran has a Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Through his career, he has served as a trusted advisor for many senior management teams within the upstream oil and gas space.
