Biography

Mr. Lawrence Croft served as Vice President of Product Development at CopperLeaf Technologies. As a senior software engineer with Copperleaf since June 2009, Lawrence has contributed to the definition, architecture and implementation of the C55 AIPM application. In January 2015 he assumed the role of VP of Product Development. Prior to his work with Copperleaf, Lawrence was a principal engineer with Creo/Kodak for 13 years, leading the development of many PDF processing applications for the printing industry. Lawrence has worked with a wide variety of engineering applications throughout his career including network test equipment with Hewlett Packard, system integration with MetaConcepts and satellite image processing with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. In his spare time Lawrence enjoys making music with a variety of instruments, running, biking, reading about history, theology and physics and gazing up at the heavens through his telescope.
