Mr. Mark Halpren served as Chief Financial Officer at LegWorks. He was a Director of Finance at Achievers. He also served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ripple Ventures. He is the Founder of FirstCFO Inc., a growing business focused on helping small technology companies remain finance-focused as they grow. He holds more than 16 years of experience as a CPA-CA and has worked at both public and private technology companies. He and his team prefer to be considered an extension of each company's team rather than an external accountant.
