Biography

Mr. Guy Reiss is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Reiss + Preuss. Mr. Guy Reiss is the Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Reiss + Preuss. He has over twenty-five years of experience in representing domestic and foreign clients and focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic corporate, commercial, employment, real estate leasing, and credit transactions. He advises foreign and domestic investors and companies on the formation, operation, restructuring and dissolution of US companies, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and asset sales, distribution, sales agency, supplier and other complex and standard commercial agreements and arrangements, including terms and conditions. Prior to founding Reiss+Preuss LLP, Guy was a partner at Wuersch & Gering LLP (2007 - 2010) and Alston & Bird LLP/Walter, Conston, Alexander & Green, P.C. (2000 - 2007). He started his career as an associate in the corporate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
