Biography

Mr. Jascha Preuss serves as a Partner at Wuersch & Gering. Mr. Preuss serves as a Partner and is the Co-Founder at Reiss + Preuss. He focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic corporate, commercial, and credit transactions. Jascha advises investors and companies on the formation and operation of subsidiaries, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and asset sales. He drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements as well as employment agreements and commercial leases. Prior to founding Reiss+Preuss LLP, Jascha was associated with Wuersch & Gering LLP, focusing on cross-border corporate transactions and litigation, Mayer Brown LLP in New York, where he practiced in the Finance and Latin America Groups, and Thelen Reid & Priest LLP in New York, where he practiced international litigation and arbitration.
