Biography

Mr. John Meilner serves as Board Member & Family Advisor at 42 North Partners. Mr. Meilner served as President at 42 North Partners. He serves as a Board Member at Autocam Medical. He is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner of Bridge Street Capital Partners, LLC, an investment management firm located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Bridge Street Capital manages a private equity growth capital fund. Prior to Bridge Street Capital, he served seven years as Managing Director in the Investment Banking group of McDonald Investments, Inc. (later acquired by KeyCorp) focused on traditional merger and acquisitions advisory services as well as private capital transactions. Prior to joining McDonald, he spent thirteen years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving the last two years as Partner. He is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drake University and a Master's of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In addition to the portfolio company boards, he serves on the Board of Directors of Lake Michigan Financial Corporation and Insite Capital. He has previously served on numerous other community boards, including Heart of West Michigan United Way, Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Junior Achievement, City of East Grand Rapids Planning Commission, Resource Development Council of the Van Andel Institute, and the Grand Rapids Jaycees. He is also a mentor within the Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program. He also served as an Advisor at Michigan Accelerator Fund 1.
