Mr. Lampros Vassiliou serves as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman at TEAK (Singapore). He also serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Junior Flex and Solina Brasil. He has served as Turnaround Leader in the capacity of Chairman and/or CEO of numerous companies. He is internationally regarded as a leading corporate finance, restructuring and turnaround management expert. Known as deal maker and deal closer with a multi-disciplinary approach, investor mindset and superb relationships including hedge funds and private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks, accounting firms, corporate finance firms and restructuring firms as well as numerous corporates, governments and multilateral agencies. Acts as CEO, Executive Chairman and Chief Restructuring Officer, leading corporate debt and operational restructurings and turnarounds. Director of Nine Masts Capital, the Asia Pacific focused capital structure arbitrage relative value investment fund. Past experience includes former Director of INSOL International, Partner with international law firm DLA Piper as their Head of Restructuring and Business Support in Asia, Partner at international law firm Allens Linklaters as their Head of Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring - Asia and senior expert restructuring consultant to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, as well as the OECD's Lead Consultant on Asian Insolvency.
