Biography

Mr. Somant Maraj serves as Director, Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisition Advisory at FirePower Capital. He lays the groundwork during the go-to-market phase of our sell- and buy-side M&A mandates. Before FirePower, He worked in wealth management in the Private Client Group at BMO Nesbitt Burns. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ryerson University. He is a sports enthusiast and has represented Trinidad & Tobago in cricket at a regional and international youth level.
