Prior to joining Geneva, he spent 9 years at Jefferies & Co as a Senior Vice President in their Equity Group, where he advised institutional clients, including Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Private Investment Management Firms, and Hedge Funds. He also spent 8 years in a similar capacity at Roberson Stephens as a Managing Director and 12 years at Kidder Peabody & Co as a Senior Vice President. Allen received an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from Texas Christian University and a B.A. with a major in economics from DePauw University.
