Biography

Mr. Lixin Li served as Venture Partner at Northern Light Venture Capital. He joined NLVC in 2009 with more than 20 years' experience in operations, corporate management, startup ventures and investing. He has acquired in-depth knowledge of local corporate management, capital markets and valuation of domestic enterprises. He has not only led several successful merger and acquisition transactions, but also co-founded a startup focusing on image processing and recording, which was later acquired by Beida Jadebird Group. Since then, he has served as the CEO in a China A-share listed company, and served on the board of directors of several Chinese and Hong Kong public companies. He holds a BS in electrical engineering, Tsinghua University and continued to pursue the incumbent graduate from the School of Economics and Management from Tsinghua University after stayed the faculty.
