Biography

Mr. Louis Godron serves as Managing Partner at Argos Wityu. He has been Chairman since 2012 at Argos Soditic. He joined the Paris office of Argos Soditic in 1991. Since then he has led more than 20 transactions and 2 IPOs. Although structuring complex transactions in all industries, he has focused particularly on the technology field (Orsyp, Jaybeam, Harlé Bickford, or Lexi) and on branded consumer goods (Buffet Crampon, Oxbow, or Dorotennis). He is also the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner at One Tech Beyond. He recently led the public tender and recap of the listed consultancy firm Solving Efeso. Previously, he worked for Initiative et Finance, a leading French private equity firm focused on small companies, where he began his association with Gilles Mougenot. Before that, he spent two years with Elf Aquitaine in Geneva on the Risk Management team. In June 2012, he became Chairman of the French Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (AFIC Association Française des Investisseurs pour la Croissance). Previously, within AFIC he has been a member of the Board and President of the Buyout Commission since 2010, and Treasurer since June 2011. He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Engineering School in Paris. He is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer.
