Biography
Mr. Alessio Manigrasso serves as Partner at Argos Wityu. He serves as Board Member at Latteria e Caseificio Moro. He joined Argos in May 2004 and became Investment manager in 2008. He has participated in a number of deals in the healthcare, food, retail and packaging businesses and in particular in CH&F (Food Distribution), GPP (Packaging), Sapore di Mare (Food Retailer). He recently has closed the Via delle Perle (VDP) deal. He has served as an advisor or board member on a number of companies including Pantex International, Sparco, CH&F, GPP. He is currently Director on the boards of Via delle Perle (VDP) and formerly at DIMar (Sapore di Mare). Prior to joining Argos, he worked three years as Senior Analyst for Deloitte Corporate Finance. He graduated summa cum laude in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan) and holds a Master in Private Equity from Politecnico of Milan, he is also the author of several articles on Private Equity and lectures at courses organized by AIAF (the Italian Association of Financial Analysts).
