Biography

Mr. Brian Model serves as Managing Partner at Topmark Partners. Mr. Model is an Angel Investor. He serves as Board Member at Ride Health. He also serves as Board Member at Itopia. He is responsible for the overall operations of Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners, including sourcing, underwriting, and executing the firm's growth equity investments. He also served as an Executive at Stonehenge Capital. He serves as Advisor at Firsthand. He is located in the New York office of Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners and has made investments in twelve growth stage businesses located in New York. He served as Board Member at eHealth Technologies. Mr. Model has twelve years of operating experience as a retail executive and entrepreneur responsible for both online and physical retail locations throughout the country. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Clerio Visiogn, Critical Mention (observer), (observer), GTR Global Events & Technology, Lumetrics, Omni-ID, Selvera, and TicketIQ. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Knovel (observer), Medidata, and iCardiac Technologies (observer). He is active in the regional venture investing community, serving as the president and past board member of the Upstate Venture Association of New York (UVANY) and co-chairman of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York's Ventures Committee. He speaks at events sponsored by Columbia Business School, the Business Council of New York, YoungStartup Ventures, FundingPost, and the Long Island Capital Alliance. He has served as a judge or Advisory Board Member for business plan competitions and venture financing events sponsored by the Empire State Venture Group, UNYTECH, SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association), NY Venture Summit, The Wharton School, and Columbia Business School. In addition, He serves and is a mentor for Columbia Business School's Lang Fund. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and has an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School. He served as Board Member at SpinCar.
