Biography
Mr. Yarom Romem served as a Partner at Yigal Arnon. His practice focuses on corporate law, particularly venture capital and private equity financings, representation of emerging growth companies, fund formation, and secondary transactions. Mr. Romem has represented a variety of Israeli and international venture capital and corporate investors as well as private investors in their investment activity from seed rounds through to late-stage investment rounds. He graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1996 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1997.
