Biography

Mr. Jay Greyson is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner & Principal at Supply Chain Equity Partners. He served as Board Member at Air Hydro Power. He also served as Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. He also serves as Principal and Managing Director at Vetus Partners. He completed numerous merger and acquisition transactions, including a significant number of cross-border deals. Prior to joining Vetus Partners, he founded and led the Automation, Controls & Electrical ('ACE') practice group at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, served as the global practice leader within the Global M&A organization and has advised over a dozen leading distributors throughout the world. He has served public corporations such as Cookson Group, Corrpro Companies, Eaton Corporation and EMBARQ Corporation; and privately held businesses in industries ranging from ACE-related markets to distribution. His industry experience includes turnaround management, business development, sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations and general management.
