Biography

Mr. David Volk serves as Managing Principal and Member of Investment Commitee at Castle Creek Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate with TW Associates Capital, which provides merger and acquisition and corporate financing advisory services to small and middle-market companies located primarily in the western United States. While there, he participated in raising equity and debt for a variety of companies. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he assisted clients with corporate restructurings, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as a financial analyst with TiVo. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
