Biography

Mr. Iain McKillop served as Director, Real Estate at Safanad. He was previously with GIC Real Estate in London, an investment management company overseeing the Singapore Government's real estate investments, where he managed UK investment and asset management activity including central London offices, student housing, a UK opportunity fund and various listed property companies, as well as pan-European retail funds and a pan-European logistics fund. Previously he was with Jones Lang LaSalle in London, Singapore and Seoul, working in cross-border investment and corporate finance. He started his career with Investment Property Databank. He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Economics and European Property Studies from the University of Paisley.
