Biography

Mr. William Goldberg served as Operating Partner at WindRose Health Investors. He serves as Operating Partner at MTS Health Investors. He serves as Chairman of DNA Diagnostics Center and is the CEO of MediMedia, a provider of patient education and consumer health information, outsourced pharmaceutical sales and marketing support services and comprehensive health management programs. Prior to joining MediMedia, Bill was CEO of Planet Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer and developer of allergy immunotherapy drugs and multi-channel marketer of related products. Previously, he was President of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of liquid generic pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining that company, Bill held senior management and board positions at Lifecare Holdings, an operator of long term acute care hospitals, and TransHealthcare, an operator of skilled nursing facilities. Earlier in his career, Bill worked with a private equity fund focused on buying, repairing and building underperforming businesses. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
