Biography

Mr. Michael Gervasio serves as Senior Vice President, Operations - Workspace Property Trust at Rizk Ventures. He has a diversified background in real estate and technology. As part of senior management, he has been responsible for driving revenue for multiple institutions by building and managing sales forces while developing and managing relationships with key prospects and customers. In addition to to his role at Rizk Ventures, he is currently a Vice President at Classroom 24-7, an online education company, where he oversees and manages a team responsible for new and existing accounts. His experience in the commercial real estate industry includes brokerage, asset management, property management, and consulting. Prior to Rizk Ventures and Classroom 24-7, Mr. Gervasio served as Vice President of Sales and Product Development for the PropertyTract division of TractManager Inc. As Vice President, he marketed PropertyTract's services to lease administrators, asset managers, and property managers as well as to the legal, financial, and "C-level" departments of real estate and healthcare organizations. He began his career at CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services, as a sales associate in the commercial real estate brokerage division, and has also previously worked at The Schonbraun McCann Group, an FTI consulting company in New York City.
