Biography

Dr. Eduard Ritscher served as Advisor at IT Capital. He is a Managing Partner of Altimus Partners, a Management Consulting specialist firm focused on strategy and execution of Technologies Business Transformation and Sourcing Advisory Services, which partner with CMA to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions to the US domestic and global financial sector. Eduard is an accomplished Technology and Business Operations executive with over 25 years of international experience in the Origination, Structuring, and Delivery of large scale technology and business transformation programs in financial markets. His domain expertise includes: Financial Technologies and Financial Operations (platform, business process, transactions processing), Sourcing Advisory Services ( Outsourcing decision and solutions, ITO, BPO, Cloud and Shared Services), Enterprise Infrastructure Services , Vertical Financial Industry Solutions, Business Transformation (Merger Integration, Restructuring , Turnarounds) and Management Consulting (IT Effectiveness, Performance Management, Technology Business Transformation, Governance, Change Management). Eduard brings comprehensive Buy-side, Sell-side, and Sourcing Advisory experience in the origination, structuring, and delivery of large-scale outsourcing transactions (ITO, BPO, Financial BPO, Contact Center, Cloud and Shared Services), including more than 40 large-scale outsourcing transactions in the $250M to $1.7B range, 6 of the industry-largest multi-Client Financial BPO Shared Services, and some of the industry largest commercial implementations of Shared Services and Cloud Services.
