Biography

Mr. Brian Panoff serves as Board Observer at Sense. Mr. Brian Panoff serves as Partner at Shell Ventures. He also serves as a Board member at Cumulus Digital Systems, Spiffy, and Sense (Home Energy Management). He served as Senior Director Of Facilities at Greentown Labs. He also serves as Board Observer at Spiffy. He served as Principal at Granite Ventures. He served as Board Member at Quantico Energy Solutions. He joined Granite Ventures in 2001 from Hambrecht & Quist (acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co.). He focuses primarily on early-stage investments in Internet and data center infrastructure and networking and mobile communications. He is actively involved with Granite's investments in Grid2Home and iBiquity and has previously worked with companies across the Granite portfolio including Navini Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems). Prior to joining Granite, he began his career at Hambrecht & Quist in the Firm's Investment Banking Group. At H&Q, he executed numerous public and private equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions in the communications technology sector. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
