Biography

Mr. Keith Freeman is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Torch Lake Capital Partners. He served as Managing Director at AGR Partners. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Awrey Bakeries, LLC, Sioux-Preme Packing Co., Natural Food Holdings, LLC, Niman Ranch, Inc., and previously served as a director for Rx Label Technology Corp., J.W. Fergusson & Sons, LLC, and Midwest Finishing Products, Inc.Previously, Mr. Freeman was a Vice President at Gryphon Investors. Prior to Gryphon, he was a Vice President of GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group. Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Freeman worked for Bank of America (previously NationsBank) for four years in the commercial and corporate lending and restructuring groups. He received a BS in finance with honors from Miami University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
