Biography

Ms. Theresa Sexton serves as a Partner at Claritas Capital. She serves as Board Member at Nexben. She is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Partner at Claritas Health Ventures. She serves as Board Member at Kindbody and [Scene]. She served as Board Member at Eviesays and nSight. She serves as Board Member at Snag-A-Slip. She focuses on healthcare, technology, and business services companies primarily located in the southern corridor of the US. In addition, she works with existing portfolio companies on near-term business planning and also leads business development efforts on behalf of the firm, which also includes debt and real estate fund strategies. Prior to Claritas Capital, she spent over 10 years with Massey Burch Capital Corp., a venture capital firm, where she was involved in investor services, fund administration, cash management, and special projects involving the Small Business Administration, in addition to internal transaction support. She earned her M.Acc and MBA from Belmont University. Currently, she serves on the boards of Dobie Media; Genomind; and Search Group Partners; and provides support for Counsel on Call; Entrada; and StudioNow. She is also the Board Member of Apcela. She is an Angel Investor.
