Biography

Ms Nicola Boyd is a Co-Founding Partner at Apiary Capital. She co-founded and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Versame. She also served as Board Member at Level 20. She served as Assistant Director at Inflexion Private Equity. As an Assistant Director, she sources, evaluates and analyses investment opportunities throughout the UK, particularly in the South of England. Since joining Inflexion in 2007, she has worked on our investments in Sanne Group, Phlexglobal, Reward Gateway, Fish Insurance, FDM and Pims Group, together with the investment and subsequent sale of ICS. She joined Inflexion from NBGI Private Equity. Prior to that, she was at Burlington Consultants where she provided strategic consultancy to corporates and commercial due diligence services to a variety of private equity houses. She holds a degree in Psychology and Physiology from Oxford University. During her career, she has worked across various industry sectors, from recruitment to food and financial services.
