Biography

Ms. Barbara Lubash is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Versant Venture. She also serves as Board Member at Hicuity Health, Clew (Decision/Risk Analysis) & CareConnectMD. She also serves as Advisory Board Member at Partners HealthCare Innovation. She specializes in healthcare services and HCIT investing. Prior to co-founding Versant Ventures, she was a Venture Partner at CrossPoint Venture Partners. Barbara is the former President of Pacific Review Services, a division of Pacific Care, and was SVP of Private Healthcare Systems, a national PPO. Her operating career also includes management roles at the hospital information systems division of Hewlett Packard and the Harvard Community Health Plan. Current board seats: Advanced ICU Care, Fidelis SeniorCare, RedBrick Health and CLEW. Former board seats: Cogent Healthcare (sold), Titan Health Corporation (sold), and Vantage Oncology (sold). She was the founder of the Innovation Conference for CEOs of Health Services and HCIT companies; she is a Director of the California Health Care Foundation and is a Member of The Harvard School of Public Health Leadership Council. Barbara received a BS from Tufts University and a Master's in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University.
