Biography

Ms. Joan Neuscheler serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Real Time Medical Systems. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at NuPotential. She also served as Board Member at Bioceptive. She has more than 25 years of financial, investment, operations management and Board experience. She is the Founder and Partner of Aura Equity Partners, which provides advisory services to private equity firms and portfolio companies. Prior to forming Aura Equity, she spent 19 years as a Partner of multiple Tullis-Dickerson healthcare venture capital funds with the particular focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, healthcare IT/services, and medical devices. She has extensive Board experience, including executive, compensation, governance and audit committees. With particular skills in organizational development and financial management, she has guided companies through both transitional stages and in periods of rapid growth. She has demonstrated success in corporate mergers/acquisitions and initial public offerings. She earned a BBA and an MBA from Pace University.
