Biography

Mr. James Caccavo serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Hylete. He is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Steelpoint Capital Partners. Mr. James Caccavo served as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Flora California. He served as Executive Chairman at SKLZ. . Previously, he served on the Board of Directors at Hookit. He is a proven entrepreneur with deep operating and financial experience. Prior to forming Steelpoint, he was the Managing Director of Moore Capital Management's Private Equity Group. Before joining Moore in 1999, he was President and CEO of Tickets.com. From 1988 to 1996, he was a Founder and Senior Executive of Sullivan Communications, helping to build it into a leading graphic arts company. He operated several business units for Sullivan, including: software packaging and distribution; digital imaging; and a special effects business he founded. He began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and GTE Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Scranton. He serves on the board of Berkeley HeartLab, Imagine, Living Independently, Masimo, Naked Juice, prAna, Printable Technologies, Privasys, Promptu, PRN, SeaMobile, Scene7, Wild Brain, WMI Holdings. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Scranton.
