Biography

Mr. Mark Mansour is a Co-Founder and serves as a Senior Managing Partner at MCM Capital Partners. He serves as Board Member at Zinkan Enterprises. He served as Board Member at Performance Plastics (Cincinnati). Mr. Mansour has been an active private investor with MCM Capital Partners since 1992 and co-founds the first institutional fund, MCM Capital Partners, L.P. in 1998. His responsibilities include the execution of investment transactions and the management of portfolio companies. he serves on numerous portfolio company Boards including Amrep, Inc., Dexmet, and Inservco. Prior to co-founding MCM Capital Partners, he was a partner at Erlitz & Mansour, Inc., which provided corporate finance and acquisition and divestiture advisory services. During his tenure at Erlitz & Mansour, Inc., he advised on numerous smaller middle-market acquisitions and divestitures. From 1981 through 1984, Mr. Mansour was employed on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse (Cleveland). He left Price Waterhouse in 1985 to work as a consultant with Picker International, an international manufacturer and distributor of medical imaging equipment and hospital supplies. While at Picker Internation, he specialized in reviewing and evaluating inventory control and reporting systems. Mr. Mansour received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Miami (Ohio) University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
