Biography

Mr. Michael Noonan served as Chief Operating Officer at Sentieo. He also served as Principal at Public Pension Capital. He is an Associate of Eos. Prior to joining Eos, Mr. Noonan was an investment banker in the leveraged finance group of JPMorgan. Mr. Noonan is an investment professional responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining PPC, Mr. Noonan was a senior manager at Northrop Grumman, where he worked in the office of the CFO. Mr. Noonan has extensive middle market investing experience, having held positions at private equity funds Eos Partners and Graham Partners. He was also an investment banking professional at J.P. Morgan and Greenhill & Co. Mr. Noonan received a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania's Law School. Mr. Noonan was a Fulbright Scholar lecturing on foreign direct investments in emerging markets at the University of Tartu in Tartu, Estonia.
