Biography

Mr. Steven Tishman serves as Managing Director, Global Head, Mergers and Acquisitions, Member of Management Committee, Co-Head of the M&A Commitment Committee & Member of Corporate Finance Board of Directors at Houlihan Lokey. He is also a member of the M&A Commitment Committee and the firm's Corporate Finance Board of Directors. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tishman was a managing director and co-head of U.S. M&A at Rothschild. Before Rothschild, Mr. Tishman was a managing director, head of the New York office and member of the Management Committee of Robertson Stephens. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Mr. Tishman spent approximately 15 years at Bear, Stearns & Company where he was a senior managing director and global head of the Retail, Apparel and Consumer Group. Mr. Tishman currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and previously served on the Board of Directors of Claire's Stores, Nautica Enterprises and Odimo.
