Biography

Mr. David Hanson serves as a Partner at Lynwood Capital Partners. He is a Co-Founder and co-owner and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Precision Plant Molecules. He was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Chieftain Sand and Proppant. He has been involved in corporate management, private-company investing, and financing companies his entire career. He has been a principal in a wide variety of private equity investments, merger and acquisition transactions, and debt and equity financings for private and public companies in a number of industries. He also served as a Board Member at DarkOwl. While serving on the Board of Directors of The Children's Hospital, at various times he was chairperson of the investment, planning, facilities, and finance committees and served on the executive and new hospital committees. He is also a Board Member of OWL Cybersecurity. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rocket Seals. Mr. Hanson has a dual degree from Yale University in economics and engineering.
