Mr. Andrew Kotyuk is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member, and Chief Compliance Officer at Alpha Wealth Management. He also serves as Principal at SoCal Propane. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member at SoCal Propane. He also served as Equipment Engineer at Novellus Systems acquired by Lam Research Corporation. With fifteen years of experience including Wall Street firms such as Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo, he partnered with Dr. Estes to form Alpha Wealth Management. His financial acumen has led to him being elected chairman of several boards including Central County United Way, Ramona Bowl, Three Peaks Boy Scouts District, and the Riverside Transit Agency. Since 2010, he has been elected to the San Jacinto City Council where he has served as Mayor several times. Accomplishments include balancing the City's budget for the first time in a decade, leading Riverside Transit Agency's and Metrolink's fuel hedging strategy, and committee saving millions of taxpayer dollars.
