Biography

Mr. Arnie Prentice served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer at USI Kibble & Prentice. He co-founded Kibble & Prentice with Ted Kibble in 1972. He is responsible for Kibble & Prentice's overall performance and strategic direction, and fostering long term relationships with its clients and strategic partners. He is also involved in the development of emerging businesses, acquisitions, and mergers. He serves on the Board of Directors of Flow International, Northland Telecommunications Corporation, and Advanced H2O. He serves as Director of Northland Telecommunications Corporation. He served as Director of the Starbucks Coffee Company for 19 years. He is a member of many professional and civic associations at the international, national, and local levels. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Seattle - Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a member of the Central Washington University Foundation Board of Directors, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the World Trade Center. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Business Alliance, and is Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Methow Conservancy Land Trust. He served as International President of the Million Dollar Round Table from 1987 to 1988. He is a member of the Rainier Club and the Bellevue Club. He is a graduate of the University of Washington.
