Biography

Mr. Ciaran McGloin serves as Managing Director at Novacies Capital. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Board member at Advantio. He also served as Board Member at Vizor Software. Prior to joining Novacies Capital, he was a Director at Ion Investment Group. Earlier in his career he was an Investment Director at ICC Venture Capital where he held portfolio management and financial management positions. He is a highly experienced accountant with a 25- year background in financial management, private equity, M&A in the financial services, and financial technology markets. He has held senior management, executive director, and non-executive director roles with high-growth Irish and global businesses. He has worked on buy-outs, take-privates, and acquisitions. Responsibilities have included negotiation, structuring, due diligence, acquisition, and integration. In addition, has specific experience in financial control, treasury management, international tax, and structuring international transactions. He is a former member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Irish Council.
